Assault class UI Text bug?

Anyone else having this problem or is it just me? I’m only getting the UI text for “Scavenge”, “Healing Stim” and “Close combat” but not “Recharge”..? The first few days of head start I was getting UI Text for the “Recharge” passive but now it doesn’t show anymore.. I mean it doesn’t really matter since I am getting the 18% ability recharge. I just wanted y’all to know if it’s supposed to be like that to that only passive..
