PCNA - Nanos not Proccing in Converted Weapons (Seems to work with prototypes)

Game Details: Everywhere in game
Character Details:Ego 50 PR 1400 - PC NA
Expected Outcome: Big Boomer with Fire ammo converter should set mobs on fire / Mazu Rifle with Electric ammo converter should stun enemies
Observed Outcome: Nano never procs
Repro Steps: Put a ammo converter on any random weapon and shoot any mob, see if nano procs at all

PS: Saw a E-Rep Retribution proccing fire on Hulker in Soleptor Excavation Coop.

I'm beginning to wonder if nano's indeed no longer proc nor proc their effects to nearby mobs. They can set us on fire, give us poop shoes, although I've not been stun locked from being shocked yet by a volge trooper despite their electric attacks.

Perhaps nano's processing are a thing of the past... with the exception of certain guns where it's built in... >.> Atomizer.

Having said that, I DO believe Rarnok stated that on one of the livestreams.

they do not do any effect like that. Neither there is any indication they should have. They just do more damage and visually you can see it (above player head and on mob). My fire based Mazu is making flaming effect when I shoot the mob. They however never catch on fire unless grenade is used. Neither does my Atomizer stun anything.

My electric mazu does do more damage to shields, I tested it before I added it against a bulwark, and again when added. My rocket launcher I added the new nano that ignores shields, and it does do a percentage to health and to shields (great for taking out bulwarks when surrounded). The problem I have it when explosives do no damage due to server lag....

Im not sure if electric stuns like it did in the last game as I have not had it proc a stun for me yet, I know enemies still light me on fire, but our fire effect just adds more base damage against straight health, but lowers it slightly against shields and armor. Could be wrong

I do love the grenades that stun every enemy caught in the blast though
