they had sent me a code for a"creator"title and a trion supporter outfit a few days ago and lo and behold it did not work for defiance 2050,, so i sent in a ticket and i got this as a reply
Thank you for contacting us regarding Defiance 2050. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with your request due to the account the rewards being added to the original account. Any items or rewards on the original game that is not moved over to Defiance 2050 with the valor system would remain on Defiance and wouldn't be able to be moved over. I apologize for the inconvenience, as we try to make every effort to correct any issue our players may have.

so why send us a code that wont work? but yet you want us to promote your game while u cant send out proper codes?
