Assuming you had the money and the order was processed, my first step would be to check our PSN store order history and ensure that the purchase was completed on sony's end. If so, then there isn't anything we can do here to help you. You will need to submit a ticket to Trion so they can investigate or contact Sony support and make sure the order was at least completed from a Sony store end of things.
Check your psn store to insure of the purchase. If so then check bank account for proccessing. If not there(ask the psn store) before submitting to trion. Your store tells trion what to do...

Thats not actually totally accurate. The any digital store provided by a company (PSN or microsoft) is responsible for facilitating the transactions of good but not actually responsible for delivering the digital product in all scenarios. There are plenty of times where the failure of an item to be delivered digitally falls on the developer even though PSN or Microsoft are the ones billing you and they will tell you to contact the developer to deliver the goods. I had a experience similar to this in Killing Floor 2, so while common sense would say "Well they took my money they are providing the goods" in a digital age that just simply isnt always the case.

I had this issue to but resolved it, i started my main eu ps account i used for def13 on 2050 na servers and my bits i purchased did not transfer to the na app thay went to the eu app even tho i never download it. I have now started on eu,the same region as my ps main toon and all my bits are there.
