If you tuned into the Twitch Drops stream between 10:30 - 11:30 AM PT and properly linked your accounts, but still do not have rewards then please contact support@trionworlds.com with your Glyph / Twitch name information. Twitch should automatically have granted the item, but we can try to assist in due time. Thanks for your patience and for watching!

Okay thank you i will email support. It has been days now! I stated twitch granted the item but it is NOT granted in the game or in claim box.

Sad to say Trion just doesn't seem to care at all about anyone's problems. Almost everywhere you look in the forums people are missing things they rightfully should have, from valor to missing twitch outfits. I didn't even watch it since I knew this would happen.

Oh yeah i noticed i really want to like this game. Never played it on PS3

Well, another day of the "where's my Twitch drop" saga continues...

Received a response from Trion Support last night before 10pm Central, and their suggestion of "completely closing your game and patcher, and then log back in" did not work for me. I logged back in before midnight, then this morning after 6am Central... still nothing.

Email replied to... the ball is back in your court, Trion Support.
