XB1 San Francisco Amelio Rodriguez data recorder

On xb1 the Amelio Rodriguez data recorder in San Francisco isn't there. This makes two pursuits impossible to finish and the prototype weapon Shondu's Vengeance unobtainable.

Thanks for the tip you where spot on I had to log out a few times for it to appear though but have it now

U have to do the energy harvest mission before that one will be there bud.
