NA PS4. Entering the arena 101 key something to destroy the EGO implants, you can not get the weapon from the create. Locks you in the animation and then swarmed and die. Can not start it finish it or do anything but die and exit it.

Why run? You'll only die tired.

when locked in pickup animation I can go to menu and back to unlock. No pickups in instances work.
