Game freezing after cut scenes

Just downloaded the the gamme from my Glyph application...Defiance 2050...upon starting the game the cut scenes will paly just fine but the game will freeze and lockup as soon as its time to play with the audio still going in the background... can anyone please help me fix this????

If you on pc reset the settings to default and try disabling shadows

didnt work....i reset the display settings and turned off shadows and bloom and still nothing

Yea thing is a lot of us have the random freeze but that is caused by the way the shadows render.
Was worth the try

well that didnt work...gonna un install and re-install the game ...hopefully that will fix it...acording to the taskmanager its not responding...

You can try closing the Glyph launcher after launching the game.

It seemed to clear up the random freezing/not responding/crashing I still had with shadows and everything off.

Mine stopped freezing in the last 1/3 of Ark finals or Sieges last weekend after one of the hotfix's.

Mine started freezing again Saturday night / Sunday morning, and does it increasingly often.
Usually at Sieges and Arks, several times when just wandering around.

I had one freeze that occurred while I was jumping onto a wall, hung there in mid-air.
A friend who was along on the wander, said he saw my 'toon hanging in the air in mid leap for several moments, before I had to CAD to restart the client.

I always close Glyph after starting a game, but tend to leave it open after a freeze so I can get back to an Ark faster if I disco a 2nd time in the same Ark.

Well that was fast....its works now ....no freezing and its running smoothly....dunno for how long but it works....
