Thread: Gemini XIII Outfit - Cannot Find
Hello,
Last Friday I participated in the Defiance 2050 stream on Twitch. I did this to get updates on the game and to receive the Gemini XIII outfit drop. I got the drop on Twitch and it shows up in my Twitch dashboard. It says that the content is accessed in the game. However, I cannot find the outfit anywhere in the game. It is not in Claim Items in the game store. It's not already in my Appearance menu either.

Others are experiencing the same issue... apparently, the outfit can take up to three days (or more, who knows?) for it to appear in the "claim items" section.

If you tuned into the Twitch Drops stream between 10:30 - 11:30 AM PT and properly linked your accounts, but still do not have rewards then please contact support@trionworlds.com with your Glyph / Twitch name information. Twitch should automatically have granted the item, but we can try to assist in due time. Thanks for your patience and for watching!
