Trophys glitched

Hey guys I got a couple trophies glitched out.one of them is abundance of ego I got four character classes to level 25 maxed out also capture 50 points I also did not receive that one either you guys helped my friend out earlier that got a hold of you he filed ticket he did receive the trophy. any help would be grateful thank you..my p.s.n. i.d. is angryscott88
