Mine does it too, these people did not test there game at all. It's insane
same issue here as well.Fix your damn game Its discouraging former players like myself from xb 360 version not want to put time and money into your product or company.
Has anyone actually searched for a fix yet? I'm guessing no as I put one on almost a week ago. Use the charge blade then if he is stuck do floor slams with it at his feet and it will kill him.
It happened to me too but...
Workaround bug: kill yourself with granade and replay. I did finish it that way.

I found the best way to bypass this bug is to simply kill yourself and don't self revive nor extract, just let the game reset back to the last cutscene. You should be able to complete the mission afterwards. If in a group don't revive your teammates or let them revive you. The good thing is you don't lose progress so you don't have to do the entire mission over again.
