    Question Combat Medic Questions

    Two questions:

    1.) Does the damage boost for Inspire stack? I've noticed several times during a recent major arkfall that myself and other medics tended to activate it at the same time. "Damage Increased" pops up on the screen 3 times (I'm assuming 3 of us activated). I'm wondering if this means it is stacking damage or if that's just how the UI reads it.

    2.) How exactly does revive spike work? Does it automatically regenerate self revive when in proximity? I've used it several times and am still confused as to what it does exactly. Also, the timer on it is ridiculously short. If someone goes down near it, it can take them longer to crawl over to it than a maxed out spike lasts.

    Any help would be appreciated!

    Yes inspire does stack (confirmed in Dev stream).

    I've not found the revive spoke to be as useful as the Ego refresh skill. Getting Ego powers up and running is better for your team and you (healbot more often etc).

    I've not found the weapon specific skills to be useful either. As I am chasing PL gains, I use whatever weapon is highest.

    Thank you for the feedback! I respecced and I am definitely liking EGO Refresh over revive spike. Such a shame for combat medic! :'(

    The revive spike is great for co op bosses or a major where everybody is getting downed by the boss.. It gives you your revive back instantly and if an enemy doesn't blow it up you can just keep reviving yourself back up while it's active, my record so far been 4 revives back to back in a solo arena surrounded by enemies.. The best use for me so far is to drop it by a downed teammate for they can pick them self up and regenerate there revive back instantly..

    If your team is dieing that much in the boss fight, there may be other matters at play...

    Arena solo I can't comment on, but that does make sense.

    Thing I am most disappointed about the combat medic is the weapon perks, LMG and Pistol are not my favourites, I would have liked to have seen Assault rifle swapped for LMG and the assault class be given the LMG perk. To me that makes more sense.

    Not a fan of that style of perk anyway given the amount of time spent with weapon types is limited due to the PL system.

    I've found the ammo via heal bot perk to be very useful, particularly vs bullet sponge mini bosses like Bulwarks.

    Hey guys, I have a question for the Combat Medic.... Is the "Motivation" ability supposed to trigger with every kill? The description makes it sound like it's supposed to, but doesn't. Mine seems to trigger randomly with kills. I could understand when I'm playing with many people that I don't always get the kill, but when I solo, it behaves the same. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.... I'm playing on the PS4.

    I am almost sure there will be a hidden cool down, as there is with almost every other perk/skill. Ben/Phrost will know more.
