Side Mission in San Francisco: Turret Turnabout broken (restarts without completion)

After diabling generators, restarting generators, holding against dark matter attack and eliminating remaining forces , mission reverts to begginig status : Go to Sutro Tower without being complete.

Expected: Mission Complete.

That makes mission impossible to finish. Unless this bug doesn't repeat but I am too tired to try again (mission is very long).

Had a similar issue. completed the mission, message box showed mission completed. Went back to The Fork and opened the map to find the next mission, and a window displayed showing the mission as not complete and still active.

I restarted the mission and was able to complete it the second time. The mission completed this time.
