Really nice weapon but am I doing something wrong? Cause Sometimes I dont see any damage from it even when shooting from zero distance.

What kind of weapon is it?
A shotgun that shoots drill spikes. Has a one shot mag but the drills do damage over time. I tried everything. Sometimes I can hit things from sniper distance but then the next shoots do nothing.
