It would seem that for now all of them are bugged. The only way to recover I have found is to hit start on the controller (I'm on Xbox), and then back out so it will reset your character so to speak. Every one of them I have tried to grab have been bugged.Originally Posted by Sal Fireguard

Sorry seems to be that in my frustration i forgot to say that I am a level 50 ego, at 1950 power, and on a PC.

Seriously though, it has been that way since it went live and some saw it during open beta. I believe they are aware of it, but like everything else, who knows when it is fixed.
