So I am having trouble with the Storyline mission The Vagabond, when I get to the firefight and it says "Help the Irathient woman" it will not allow me to complete the objectives on blowing up what's needed. They do not load in, and I am stuck from progressing due to it, I have tried reloading and even uninstalling, reinstalling and no go.

I'm dying here because I can't do any gear jumps and grinding at this point is only upping it by like 1-2 points.
