explosion 101 quest not completing

so i took the quest and i cant access the instance the 1st time i did it it did not finish the quest but now i cant even access the instance for it ps4

All these co ops are in disarray . One would think if a co op is on his map , he should be able to enter it , WRONG... it’s not until you get a group of 4 , painstakingly, get on the pad , than one of the group tells you you don’t meet the criteria.
Than don’t pop it onto the (insert word ) map if I am unable to use it

I would try abandoning the mission and trying again and also double checking that you meet the requirements to do the instance.

How do you find out if you meet the requirements other than what I mentioned above

All of these story line instances should be solo played and ran with and NPC assist. It's a story line to continue missions. Waisting hours and hours and hours and hours and hours waiting for 3 random players to show up to enter a broken instance is utterly pointless. Tier 1 and up, go nuts on match making. Or make them able to match make. Haven't entered one single story line mission instance yet. Been in them all thru quick match. but since you can't complete the story line version you can't select and instances to replay. Only randomly picked. pointless at the moment. i'm waiting for the one that stops me from advancing period. then i'm done till they are fixed, removed or redone.

How do you find out if you meet the requirements other than what I mentioned above

I am not sure how to do it on anything system aside from PC (Which is bound to the N key)

If you can accept the mission then you have 90% of the requirements met. It's the 4 players needed to enter which you will not meet and it's a fail.
