Green squares moving around the world

My GF logged in tonight and started playing and we found that there were all these green squares on screen that were moving around, popping in and out as she moved.

It was very annoying and made playing very hard to do.

When I asked others if they were seeing it, there were a few others that were seeing the same thing.

PC NA Yeah, I've seen this quite a bit. The game seems to be a mess.
