so I went and paid 3.99 for some credits so I can get ark keys then after buying 4 keys I went into a Co op map went all the way through to boxes and 0 keys so mad that they robbed me off my cash.

Did they ever fix the issue? Asking cause same thing happened to me today.
I had the same thing happen to me twice! This is getting out of hand when people pay real money to not get what they paid for and lose out.
Yea I just bought 7 ark keys and lost all 7 after jumping to a clanmate for a major, not sure why so I missed out on end reward chest, reset still no keys

I had a key from completing the madera quests but after returning to the game later the key vanished.
This was experienced on ps4 Eu.

Has been several days since i submitted a ticket. I'm missing 3 keys. This is amazing, the population in game is embarrassing and know youre driving away the people who stuck with you through youre horrendous launch.
I had the same thing happen to me. Had 5/7 keys went into a coop map a clan mate was there but got kicked so I left for him to go back in. The next thing I know is that I am sitting with 0/7 keys.
I also bought 4 extra key capacity to hold 11 but never got them. Got charged bits for them.
I put in a ticket last week still haven't heard from them yet.
My best advice is to just buy a key when you need it.
Getting extra capacity is a waste of bits.
I am in the same boat, lost 6 keys myself a week ago tomorrow, no response from support about it, seems to me Trion likes to steal people’s money I guess.
Yep same thing happened to me ..sent in a ticket but 4 days and still no response
