Three things I keep having problems with :<

One, to start, I have 3 loadouts, one which I use for Shadow Wars only and on this loadout I have Cloak, instead of my normal Overcharge with Scavenger, Regeneration, Cellular Armor, Fortitude and Preparedness, but on the shadow war loadout I use I use different ones, here is the problem: Everytime I'm using my normal PvE'ing loadout and then I decide to switch to the shadow war loadout to hop on and snipe people, I notice two of my perks are changed, to the other loadouts perks which are in the respective slot in which was changed. Are they supposed to do that or what? It's simple but after putting up with it for 2 days literally every time I switch which is alot, it gets highly frustrating.

Second, Draw Distance, atleast for players. I think I speak for the ENTIRE fanbase of the game when I say I want to be able to see players from more than like 15 feet away from me, I mean you could at least do it in Shadow War -IF- possible, I myself prefer to snipe, I don't like up close and personal shootouts because I'm not very good at it to be honest. I always find myself having to move up until I'm just about in range of every shotgun in the area to spray me down and I can't do nothing about it with my little SMG/AR backup. Now I am on Xbox and I don't know how or if it is possible to do that, but like I said, I think I speak for everyone when I say the draw distance for at least players should be alot further.

Third, sniping(or hitboxes for heads, I don't know what it is to be honest).
Yes, I keep getting the same thing, I don't know if it could just be me failing, but my crosshair goes red, the white dot is aimed right between the persons eyes, and they are standing completely still, I shoot, aaaand nada holmes. Not one bit of damage done not even a hit, the only thing I get is 3948209384029384 raiders going mental on my face with their rockets and smgs, or players in shadow war spotting me when they should be dead. Not only on the heads does this happen but I'll shoot with the crosshair directly in the middle of their body/head and get no damage, not even a hint of a shiznitmarker or anything.

These are literally the ONLY things I've had a problem with, other than that I absolutely love this game more than any I've ever played before, but seriously, anyone else having these problems?

I have had loadout switching issues as well, not with perks but with items. After I change an item on a loadout and then switch to look at another loadout 9 times out of 10 the dang weapon or grenade or whatever it was i changed goes back to what it was.

Draw distance increase would definitely be nice.

And thank goodness its not just me.... Aparently either every sniper rifle in the game isn't as accurate as a sniper rifle should be or the hitboxes are WAY off. If I get a headshot like described by Volerus and it doesn't hit normally I get a crit when I shoot them in the neck or the side of the face as opposed to right between the eyes. It isn't that I can't snipe either because the things I am reffering to are standing perfectly still.

THIS. Yesterday I had it literally all day besides in shadow wars, I would shoot in the head, nothing, shoot in the neck area and get a headshot and I'm sitting there like what in the hell is going on. I was shooting an EMC Grenadier right in his nose and doing nothing to him, my crits are 4500+ damage to these, normal are 1309 with a modded VBI Sniper Rifle and I hit literally smack dab on his finger and got a crit, lol? Is this supposed to happen? The same thing happened on my last shot on a Dark Matter Enforcer, but I hit him in the mid-section of his back and got did what usually happens when I actually land a headshot, I critical killed him.
