PS3 says I'm linked to PS4 but never got my stuff or my Valor

I hope this is the right place for this ticket. This is a bug for me at least. PS3 was linked before the cutoff date for Valor. I made sure that I was linked it said I was linked it still says I'm linked. PS4 says that I'm linked also but I never got any of my stuff for my Valor please can somebody help me.

I have made several other tickets trying to resolve this issue was told to make another ticket that's why I made this one my reference number is 1111726

You still need to link both PS3 and PS4 to glyph if you have t done so

you need both ps3 and ps4 linked.to get your ps4 linked you would of needed to delete your link for ps3 then add your ps4,then go in game on ps3 to get a link coad and link back your ps3 to glyph adding 2 platforms to one account.you can not link your ps4 until you have deleted you ps3 link. so i think you have just made a error on your side.
