Purchased ark keys dissapearing from invatory

I purchased 6 Or 7 ark keys then a little later all were missing from invatory. This has also happened to a clan mate. This needs fixed immediately and keys returned immediately.

I bought 4 extra ark key slots to hold up to 11 (bought 2 last week) but never got them. I'm still sitting with a cap of 7 which should be 11. I submitted a report last night. Janet heard back k yet

I'll have to make sure I keep an eye on the amount of keys I have and make sure they don't disappear
