I haven't been able to log in for a whole week.the game simply won't let me, I paid for the founders pack, and I added an additional 20 bucks, for bits. I feel hurt I restarted the game, I have tried the glyph thing to complain about another issue, and I have yet to be contacted. I just want to play, and all my friends are playing and I'm out here stuck.

What is your platform and region? Are you getting any errors? Have you tried restarting your internet modem/router? When you reported this issue through glyph did you include your gamer tag? If not I recommend updating your support ticket with all this information.
