There is a bug in the game that has reduced the amount of salvage you get when dismantling a weapon and i think a reduction in Ark falls when it comes to salvage awarded on Xbox One-NA. I looked at recent patch notes but i dont remember seeing anything mentioned about a nerf to the amount of salvage you get from Ark falls and weapon dismantling so I think this is a bug/glitch in the game.
