Clan Officer rank unable to kick members and recruits

• A title or quick summary of the bug - Clan members with the rank of officers cannot kick clan members with the rank of member and recruit.
• Issue that occurred and expected results - We had a clan member (with the rank of recruit) who admitted to use of the cheat engine to a clan member with the rank of officer in game. When that officer rank member attempted to kick them that member with the rank of recruit from the clan, they were unable, despite having the kick option available.
• Detailed reproduce-able steps of how you ran into the issue - When the officer selected the kick option, typed the /clankick command, or kick from the inspect player screen, they were given a confirmation and selected yes. However nothing happened. Other officers attempted to perform the kick multiple times but no success. A clan member with the rank Leader had to log on and kick the member for the kick to process in the game successfully.

Been like that since D13. Recruits and members have no usable options. Officers can clan invite only. Leaders can invite, promote to leader and kick officers and lower as well as change clan message.
Founder has control over all.

Just seems weird to have the kick command there but not do anything. If this officers are not intended to be able to kick people then buttons indicating they can do so should be removed so they can't see them just like recruits and members.

lol officers have never been able to kick, only leaders and the clan founder, officers are for inviting others into the clan
