I purchased 5 ark keys before I started a coop mission, at the end when I went to open up the chest, all of them were gone. I messaged the support team and have gotten no response, that was 4 days ago. Is anyone else getting this problem?

Alot of people and they seem to be getting back to noone.
I would only buy keys just before using them and hopefully you and many others get a response soon. Not the basic cut and paste reply either.
Its not a good idea to ignore the hand that feeds you.
Yup its a known bug my suggestion is submit a bug report, im refusing to play this game till i get my keys back. To be honest this game is dying soo quickly the population is pathetic. They screwed up launch and many people left and are not coming back and i don't blame them.
Told me its a "Graphical error "

Hey all. To explain, our support department is overloaded with tickets right now which means reply times are going to be longer. If you have a ticket in already, have some patience as they WILL respond just as quickly as they are able to.
support team told me they couldn’t help so i wouldn’t expect anything out of it
