High ego rating but low ego rating drops? Help!

Hey, since July 29 I have not been getting the proper drops on my main account my current ego rating is 2854, when I go grind some weapons I keep getting weapons with ego ratings of 2500-2600 which makes no sense because in the past I kept getting weapons at least 50-100 rating less of whatever ego rating I had before one weird thing is that I do get shields and grenades close to my current ego rating the most recent shield and grenade that I got where 2840, and 2836 ego rating, so even when I do
co-op missions or arkfalls the weapon rewards are always around 2550 or 2600 I have tried some things to try and fix this but I haven't been successful any suggestions will be taken. I just recently posted this problem for a few of us not going over 2k no matter what we do. It worked for me but others not so fortunate. Response:

I apologize for the frustration this issue has caused. Our development team has reviewed this issue and have determined it should now be resolved. In order to ensure this fix takes effect please completely close Defiance 2050 and Glyph, and then log back in. This will trigger our authentication servers and should cause everything on your account to refresh. If you’re still having this issue after logging back in, please update this ticket.
