Nope. No word on fix yet. I'm having the same problem. Game crashes back to Xbox home screen every time I fast travel or start the game at Headlands Transit Depot.

I did a couple of side missions then went back and ran to the place to start the mission and it worked but I had a crazy black splotchy screen. I either restarted or traveled to get past the latter problem.
