PS4 EU player population not high enough to actually play the game

No threads in clan recruitment. No posts in PS3 clain recruitment for D2050.

Main island is fine (mostly). San Fran major arkfalls have went like this for me this week. I solo the minors, eventually (sometimes) one or two people show up. We get to the main area, people get wrecked because of inexperience, underlevelling or mismatch in element type (or combination of all three) and then people quit. Or, more commonly, there is no one there. This also happens at bathhouse siege.

Unfortunately, I can't see a scenario where player population increases.

I think the population in San Fran will grow I know we plan to spend a lot of time there once our little group have all reached 1800 PR.

Might have something to do with the hot steaming mess this game is.

He´s playing on PS4 not PC.

And what he´saying is true, I rarely see more than 3 or 4 people doing a major Arkfall at San Fran, I started yesterday the Bathhouse Siege and i was alone there till practically 2 minutes to the end of it. When it ended there were 5 players...5.

Again, one of the reasons people fear going to San Fran is the mini-bosses and the fact that you never get more powerful no matter what you do.
At this point, people feel that playing is pointless.

Sadly I've seen a few 4 player majors on xb1 as well...and we dont even have sieges live atm....

I think D13 currently has a higher playerbase than 2050, and as more and more people get frustrated and either quit 2050 FOR D13, or just quit 2050 in general....population issues will only get worse as they gravitate to superior available games.

Doesn't seem to be a problem... I'm looking at their #clans section in Discord right now, and people are posting their platform of choice.
    Defiance 2050 = 2018's worst cash grab. 100% fact.
Medjed: "There will always be people who will say a game is dead because they either are not good enough at the game..."
Medjed: "Before we announce the winners please consider that due to no clear information, we couldn’t determine the winners."
Imagine thinking a recycled event is more important than server performance in 2021.

From my personal experience with the players i know and met long the years, most console players don´t like to go look outside their favorite platform for players.

Just to add, for the sake of balance, that this has not been my experience at all. Playing between 17:00 - 21:00 GMT I have had no problem with coop content.

Yes, San Francisco is a little quieter, but I would expect this as people need to gear up/progress the story to reach it. I have actually noticed the situation improve more recently as players reach a level.

I think what is happening is cherry picking on content, certain coop events offer much more loot than others for a similar investment of time.

I think that the matchmaking for co-ops should be working like in the old game because as i see it, the way it is now, it´s driving people away.

Make it like in D13 were you´re matched by tiers and let people play the game.
