I think that the matchmaking for co-ops should be working like in the old game because as i see it, the way it is now, it´s driving people away.

Make it like in D13 were you´re matched by tiers and let people play the game.

From my personal experience with the players i know and met long the years, most console players don´t like to go look outside their favorite platform for players.

Most of the people that i know play on console and i know for a fact that they don´t use external apps to get better matchmaking in their games.
But i´m also not disagreeing with you and i believe that it´s something getting traction lately.

Maybe everyone is scattered across multiple phases. That's why it's important to get a big active clan, so when you call out major arkfall you all jump to it.

You are matched by tiers. I have never got a t1 or story mission since I hit 2000(2400 ATM)

Does the game let me enter a Co-op game in matchmaking?

Its not just eu, the na servers are a wasteland. Nearly impossible to get into a tier 2 co-op. They screwed up launch and many players never came back

At this moment i can´t convince any of my friends to play the game, i try but there´s a thing called internet and before playing the game they already know that they don´t want to play the game.
And one person talks to another and another, word starts spreading and the game gets a bad rep that probably will not recover.
