Yea this is a severe problem. I have videos of it happening. Their policy is not to name and shame, but so long as your not typing in the name its just a video. We need to start a thread with videos of people cheating, since we can know as a community as the devs are letting them get away with it.

They should
1. Reset all the players PVP pursuits
2. Ban the player from PVP for a month per infraction

I think the question was about using the Bonesaw. They asked if they would get banned for using it. The dev's answer was no.

Its just frustrating. I reported a guy and sent in video, its marked as solved and dude is just running around being unkillable, admitting to it in zone chat and litterally asking to be banned. Good customer service trion. Whelp, off to go cheat.

Hey Dustin, to explain, Support will mark a ticket as resolved after they have gathered the information and responded back to you. This does NOT mean that action has been taken yet, or that no action will be taken. It simply means that they have gathered your report, sent it off to the relevant team member who investigates these reports, and replied back to you to confirm they have received the report.

Please understand that reporting a hacker/cheater does not mean instantaneous action will be taken. These things take time as there is information and hard log proof to be gathered.

This is quite funny, 2-3 weeks is not enough time to ban blatant hackers/cheats ingame. Video of them hacking/cheating is not sufficient to warrant a ban, you still need hard log data in order to implement a ban??? At this point in time, people should just not report hackers anymore, the Steam reviews are already making this game look atrocious. Is there any Anti-Cheat yet for Defiance 2050??? The longer hacks/cheating is allowed ingame, the more people will be driven away, or driven to cheat for themselves. Most of the "Fun" has been removed from Defiance 2050, so people gotta make their own "Fun" now by doing it their way.

Just looking at Steam Charts alone for PC users Defiance 2050 isn't growing, its running on "Fumes", and those "Fumes" won't be able to support the game themselves no matter how deep their pockets are.

In any other game when there is video proof then action is taken. Within hours. It just feels as if trion is condoning these actions. I have made a cheater montage id like to send in but if you guys are not going to do anything about it then its pointless. You dodged the question though. Will these exploiters be receiving a ban of sorts? Either permanent or atleast a 3 day slap on the wrist?
