Ark Keys dissapear

I had a suspicion that sometimes I was losing Ark Keys but I wasn't exactly sure so I assumed I thought I had them but I didn't. Today however, I know I had exactly 1 Ark Key - I got disconnected during an ArkFall and when I logged back in, I had 0 keys - my 1 key dissapeared.
That is extremely annoying - I am buying these keys with my money. Please fix it a.s.a.p.
