I recently logged into 2050 after trion refreshed my accounts data allowing me to play both defiances after 1 long year of infinite crits after OGs patch screen, and log in errors on 2050, i went to the valor shop to see if i could buy Maverick, yet no funds, i did many pursuits in OG, Wheres my valor....? and trion in my tickets said my XBL acc was linked with my glyph.... im pissed
Never got my valor either. Apparently they're incapable of looking up valor receipt on their end as they requested screenshots from me. And seeing as I started every correspondence with them indicating I'm on PS4, they gave me instructions for how to submit screenshots via PC. To be fair, this was my first bad experience with Trion support over 5+ years. But, with the Founder's debacle, the fact that I was locked out after launch too and the general unplayability of the game (PS4) coupled with my opinion that the game's progression was entirely pointless I just decided to tell them if they couldn't figure it out that I'd just move on. After the fastest support reply ever (13 min), they wished me luck in my future gaming endeavors. I agreed... Ok bye Trion.
Thus... I hope you fair better than I did. I work in customer service and I would be embarrassed if anyone at my work brushed off a customer like they did with myself and others.
