On Xbox One NA, every time you start the game at Headlands or fast travel to it, the game goes to dashboard.

Drove there and started Seize the Day, Control the Future mission. Got black boxes all over screen. Fast travel didn't fix it, had to restart.

Now at mission location and it won't start. Just have the map icon on the ground. No enemies and nothing happens.
