Ark keys disappearing

Don't know if this is known or has happened to any one else, but entering co-op instance wiped all my ark keys. Yesterday completed ark hunter daily's and got my 2 ark keys. Que'd for Co-op instance (really fast que almost instant for once), entered scrapper salvage and noticed I had zero keys. Thought maybe it was just a UI glitch, but nope could not unlock ark chest at completion. Again thought maybe some sort of ui bug. Nope, exited instance and still no keys!! Really!!?? Ark keys are so limited to acquire other than paying bits how could Trion let this happen? This is just simply unacceptable. Please fix this.
