Store is broken no items for purchase!

Please look into purchases in the store. Just purchased the "Inventory Surplus" for 900 bits and I still only have 60 slots. I logged off to see if it takes time but it is still missing. I have also lost Ark keys because they disappear if you dont use them and log off the game. I work aorund that by just buying the keys duriong the Ark fall but the Inventory Slots is just wrong.
I spend money on this game and im nor unhappy about that i would just like to get the item I purchased .

Please look into this.

If I am not wrong, "Inventory Surplus" is an item you can buy only once - if you already bought it for another character, when you try to purchase it again, it appears like you have purchased it but - the inventory stays the same and your bits are the same. It's just an annoying behavior.
If you haven't yet purchased that then yes, it looks like a bug.

You are 100% correct i got confused because i used it on a toon that i had deleted.
I got confused because i lost bits then realized i accidentally pressed the Load out purchase which was right nest to it.
I love the game and i personally think the store has great items without paying to win.

Glad to help I remember I had the same thoughts some time ago and I had to look closely at what was happening.
