Defiance in game store BUGGED

Ok, Today's issue I found is I tried to buy $10.00 worth of inventory slots in game through buying bits from the Microsoft store on my xboxone. I bought the bits ok done, now comes trying to use said bits to buy the 30 + inventory slots. Well I put the slots into my cart to try to buy them in game & I see the defiance store is BUGGED. This is NOW the 2nd bug I've come across in game. My first bug was the recorder at Shondu's Consulate I can't activate the recorder at said location. TrionWorlds, care to explain why I've now come across 2 bugs in your game?.

That item is on sale (30 slots for the price of 10) and you can buy it only once (per account) - once you have bought it you can't buy it again. It will look like the purchase is OK but you won't get any inventory slots and no bits will be taken either.

So, heres a pic that is a evidence. I havent bought a bits from playstation store. And in my email, theres no purchased for a defiance 2050 bitcoins.
