I don't use SAWs or sawed offs so that nerf doesn't bother me too much... except for the fact that I have a legendary sawed off that has an innate 10% damage boost and has grenade reload percentage on kill along with the assassin synergy ( 4 piece bonus is +10% damage on your next shot after a critical kill) for potentially absurd burst which makes it worth at least a 100,000 salvage (the only currency worth a damn, I can't see myself ever trading for scrip) pre-patch notes but probably less if the nerf is too hard. We'll see how this goes down. I may want to try to pawn it off now if I can, before too many people realize sawed offs are getting nerfed.
Worst gun in the game? No no no... they're one of the strongest for Shadow Wars. They are awful in PvE though. Currently I think nerfing auto-aim and bug speed is probably a good idea. To offset, they should dramatically increase the bug damage. If instead of a 600 damage supercombine and a 500 damage bug per burst, you got a 600 damage supercombine with an 1000 damage bug (just a rough number, that may be too high, I dunno)... well now you've got pretty solid DPS. Especially when you factor in the bugs you get for kills. In PvP the bugs would be avoidable due to their slower speed, and it wouldn't be as easy to strafe like a madman while lighting the opponent up with darts. Also, PvP kills are rarer, so the free bug for a kill wouldn't come up as often in battlegrounds or even Shadow Wars. They've already got lock-on, fairly solid range for some versions, and they prevent enemy shields from starting to recharge for a period of time, so a slight PvP nerf sounds reasonable to me.- Infectors Nerf? Really? They are the worst guns in the game already. Especially in PVE.
