I cannot access anything on my inventory screen.360

I was playing an Episode mission with the Nolans. As soon as we get into the North mine, My primary weapon spot is empty. I tried to put a weapon in the slot, but the game will not even let me select anything. I clear out all of the raiders, and Nolan is standing at the beginning of the mine not opening the last door to progress. Please tell me that these are not game ending bugs. I wasn't in the matrix or mod screen. I was just playing the game like it was intended. What is the problem? This is the second bug today. Is anyone else having a problem with their equipment screen basically locking up? I can operate any other screen. I just can't do anything with my weapons.

Never mind. I just started a new character. Are we just going to start over every time we run into a game breaking bug? I know the servers are an issue, but can you please fix these game breakers.

You can actually go into the inventory section, and with a bit of work, choose a weapon to replace the missing weapon. This will then allow you to use the loadout screen as before. It seems to be a problem caused by the weapons disappearing, since the weapon isn't there, the selection can't be there, but it has to be there at the start, meaning that it gets stuck like that.

I woke up today with that exact same issue...made a post about it and all. I ask you this....PLEASE submit an issue to the support desk detailing the issue. More reports will get it fixed sooner...I don't want to start a new guy just yet.

Press start, go to settings, and go to the tab that has "support desk".

I tried but it's not letting me do anything to switch weapons. Worst glitch since I got this...I'd rather not be able to play than have something isolated like this and hear no info.

I actually worked with the inventory screen for quite some time. It would not let me access any of my other weapons or make any other selections. Like I said. I just started another character. I didn't run into the same bug the second time around. I may try and contact support in-game. I just don"t care as much, seeing as my new character is further along.

It happened to me yesterday in the middle of an arkfall of all things. I did fix it by going into the loadout screen and then swapped to another setup (Y on the Xbox), switching back and then selecting a new gun in the empty slot and then putting the old one back. Worked for me.

I think that is the sequence of events... Was a bit hectic being an arkfall.

I had the same thing happen to me, just cycle loadouts with the Y button and you should be able to change a weapon on another loadout and use that, and in my case it also fixed the loadout that was bugged.
