Ark keys are disappearing every time i have 1 or more i will lose 1 or more. It doesn't matter what you do you will lose it. Now it doesn't happen all the time. Like this week alone i lost 4 Ark keys last week i lost 5 Ark keys. Every time i enter a co-op i lose my ark keys. If you die you lose your ark keys. What are you going to do about this when is the damn patches coming for all the issues
Open tickets with the game support. They usually refund the keys.
Well hopefully they do refund them but i doubt they will it's trion but that wasn't the point. They need to fix it players don't like to lose the 1 or 2 ark keys they get.
About 5 days ago i had 5 in the game (I know because I had a message saying it was full & I couldn’t carry any more). So I used a couple so I wouldn’t loose any more - the next day it was empty nada empty so if this could be looked into!
They will only replace ones you purchased and disappeared.

yup i just lost 2 keys today hope that's fixed fast because the 2nd key from the dailies i only get it like twice a week and i'd like to use them not lose them
