Arkfall major - glitch & no items received

Just dropped down into the 2nd stage in the arkfall & the crystal boss just fell over & shattered then I was kicked outside with a score of 0 and after about 2 minutes the arkfall disappeared with no bonuses or items received?
The co-ordinates or close enough to give you a good idea

Just destroy’d the boss on same position/major arkfall & we’re booted out after it came up how many were killed but nothing was given out as a reward (40k of credits wasted)
FYI. The ark was still in place after we are booted out!

Well to top this all off, today I’ve had 0 kill’s throughout 4-5 major/minor arkfalls.
An minor ark that decided to put me in on my own but was glitched so had to log back in (within the 3 min) & it had gone?
So with yesterday I’m 5 ark battery’s down?
