    Keys don't get lost due to daily reset. If you don't earn your key on the 24 hour time frame, that's your fault.

    There are no hunter requisitions in this game.

    There are small cases where some people won't receive a key after opening the box. It happened to me 3 times since launch.

    Dang that sucks. Best to file a support ticket. Hopefully they get you something.

    what ever happen for the players that missed out on 3 day early access from founders packs?

    Odds are you won't get any compensation. We had a clan member who put a support ticket in when he wasn't able to log in. Support didn't contact him until after the head start was over, and refused to compensate or refund him, so he contacted his bank and they did a charge back.

    As punishment a couple weeks later they banned his account from using the store. He could still log in and play, but wasnt able to purchase bits or anything from the in game bits store.
