PS4 NA had a major lag spike earlier that lasted about 15 minutes or so. I posted about it when it happened. Ever since one of my clanmates are reporting they are NOT getting proper rewards from arkfalls and sieges. It shows them earning a score but at the end on the scorecard it shows 0 kills. They get salvage but no other rewards. No cores. Nothing. It upset them so bad they logged out completely.

I also want to advise when I add them to the group they have a blue AND green nameplate above their avatar. THIS I remember from PS3 and was caused by the game not updating the players location properly causing a social bug. For instance, my clanmate with both green and blue name plates was next to me at top notch (after relog) but the map showed them in San Fran.

The morning reset did NOT fix this issue when it happened to me. From what I remember the character has to be manually reset by someone. So, now that we know it’s a bug. What can I have my clanmate do to resolve this issue?
