Main Mission "Radio Silence"

The main mission "radio silence" seems to be bugged.

When it says to got to 3955,6790 to kill some Dark Matter sentry.

I went to the way-point but there's no Dark Matter spawned.

Restart mission twice, still the same.

Tried relog, still no enemies.

Therefore i cant proceed the main mission leading into San Francisco.

Since its on a hill, i assume those Dark Matters phased through inside the hill.

Please look into this, so as i can progress through my main mission.

Same issue for me really getting tired of it someone told me dark matter major arkfall but im giving up

Never mind.
It was resolved thanks to a Guild mate suggestions.
All i have to do is change phase.
So it seems.

I think its still quite bugged the quest marker for eliminate the sentry unit is in wrong spot it should be on sutro tower hill not in that spot on top of that i did sutro hill it progressed some then it made me walk back to cass and talk to her again and then it started over again with no mobs etc
