Happens to me ALL THE TIME!! I know it isn't me, I was at Arkfall, and was kicked. Went back to it and no one was there right away, so everyone got kicked. I have also had it where 15 of us are doing a Ark and everyone but me got kicked. This is a really annoying issue, that hopefully the new company can figure out and fix.
