    Thanks guys.

    Was just trying to help people learn how to report bug, feedback and open ticket properly. Forum posts are great, but there's so many of them. Easier for Dev's to see issues when bugs are reported in game, from your toon, from your server, etc...

    You do realise that for the first few days you only got a beta message response and then after that..... Well of all the issues ive had only the pursuits not working having a clan of over 100 to try and organise group without a working chat have caused me to submit a ticket until yesterday they were just closed with no reply. I know there busy but come on that's just rude, how hard is it to set up an automated response?

    Great guide but you will not tidy up the forums until they sort there responses out. Can't blame people for wanting a reply to an issue.

    Like I said good guide very clear but personally have completed every part of the game I can until it's fixed which is annoying when nobody replies to your tickets.
