Where’s my black boxes gear

Not only did I get crap from 110 black boxes , but where are all the skins , cars , outfits on my other toons ?

Outfits and vehicles are account based iirc

I didn’t even buy on my main toon ffs . The bs just keeps building
I bought on one toon that needed an oj gun or two , highest chance it says in description. Yea right .

But the outfits , skins and vehicles should be on all toons on account

So in short, you need clarification on if the skins, vehicles and such are account wide and not character bound? I haven’t checked other toons but I did get a handful of boxes. 1 vehicle, 3 weapon skins and blue gear that was below my power level and used for salvage.
