Sharing quest?

During the live stream today, they were questing together but he would get the side quest and then she would also have to come over and get it...just wondering if there is a option to share quest with group, just thought it would be kinda hard to remember where u got a certain quest if you we're playing with friends, depending on how many active quest you can have at one time

Also wondering if there is some sort of "sidekick" system like city of heroes had, where a lower level could team up with a higher level and do a quest together
