which would give you the answer

As for those wondering about the Cypher, here is the solution:

First part was to figure out the article:
- Note the word "Slanted" in the first paragraph. As you read through the article, you will see random slanted letters such as the "i" in "civilian".

- After reading through the article and picking out the slanted letters, you will end up with (and in order):

v o x i n d o r g r c o d e

-Putting them together you will see "voxind org r code".

-Being that their website is www.vox-ind.org, the giant "/" in the article gave away the secret address to the crypto(cipher): www.vox-ind.org/code (the extra slanted "r" in the article was to throw us off)


Second part: solve the crypto(cipher)
- Upon entering the hidden site, you were prompted with this:
