Pre-order game but never.......

So I pre-oreder the game and got my receipt. Odd thing is I never got a code for the beta. I feel alittle confused here and like to ask will I get the Beta code later or am I already in it and dont have to worry about it. Sorry to ask but I am confused about how this works.

I know there is still time left till the 3rd beta but I most know if this is a good thing or not............

I'm also confused. I thought we got the code when we pre-ordered, then stuck the code in on the trion website. I have no code.

I bought the game from Gamestop online, If you do not have a code like I did not receive, Put in a ticket for Trion and/or where ever you bought it from explaining the Product you purchased, what Platform its for, and you are missing a beta code. They will get you one in time.

Depends on where you pre-ordered. If you ordered from Trion then your account will be automatically flagged when beta is about to start and you can download the client then. If you purchased from a retailer like Gamestop or EB you should have a code on your receipt. Perhaps they overlooked it and you can talk to the store and request one. Online retailers should email you a code when it gets closer to the next beta event which hasn't been announced yet.

weird, though I wouldnt worry since you got it from Trion and they make the game so you should be alright lol. Check in your account if its already registered maybe? or maybe you will just get the Beta invite once it starts

Trion won't send you a key if you ordered from them. You are automatically signed up for the beta when you preorder through Trion.

there is no ongoing beta.

if you pre-ordered a digital only version of the game your set up for beta.

if you pre-ordered a physical copy your beta key should be on your recipt.
